Gaming MACHINES
The Gambling Act 2005 regulates a variety of gaming machines, from 'claws' found in amusement arcades to FOBTs in betting shops.
Machines are divided into a number of different classes, which are based on the stake and the value of the prize given. Restrictions apply on how many machines can be accommodated within different types of premises.
