Our clients range from large venues providing outdoor rock concerts for ‘A-list’ artists and major folk festivals to battle re-enactments, small village festivals and events. We operate throughout the country and our expertise in event licensing is matched with a solid knowledge of associated issues such as health and safety, fire prevention, noise control, traffic management, special police services agreements and general event planning. Our contacts in the industry include many of the major suppliers and experts in the various areas that are needed to put on a successful show.
We can assist with the whole process of making a licence application, from attendance at pre-planning groups such as Safety Advisory Groups, through paperwork preparation, negotiation of objections and representation at any hearing that is required. We have been successful in obtaining what we believe is the record for the largest premises licence in the country – an area measuring approximately 4 miles by 3 miles wide.
Our work includes agreements for the use of land or buildings to host concerts, festivals, fetes, corporate entertaining or private parties or the provision of Special Police Services.
